Enchanted

Imagine finally moving away from home and choosing to live in a place that is surrounded by nature and less people, the one where you can go and frolick in the woods and the little town has its own little museum where you can just go and stroll every afternoon. The best part of the deal is the fact that there is literally a full acre of land you can transform as a garden but is unsure how so you called some people you know and they advice you to keep the native plants in the area and plant new plants that are found within the area (i.e. from seeds of the fruits found in your garden).
So you get to digging and planting, taking special care of the old and especially unique Hawthorn tree bearing sweet fruits. You even put a very cute swing with some blanket area storage for picnics! Since you are superstitious, you went and offered a backed good to the tree - asking for its blessings and guidance as well as an apology for the abrupt intrusion. You felt silly really, talking to wood and stuff - crazy stuff and yet there was someone or something listening to your every word and finding itself quiet enamoured by you.
"Human.....interesting" it said as its wings flutter and the translucency is tinted with a slight pink tint. It chose to watch you from the safety of its tree as days passed by and you take care of your garden - he was watching the way you talk to your flowers and unknown to you, how they reply in return with their little giggles in the wind as you tell them a funny story. The weird feeling in its chest grew and grew as you fell in love with nature itself in your new home. Everytime you slept under its tree, the courage to observe you upfront is an itch that grows more and more as time passes by until there he was, an inch from your face as his large hands sweep baby hairs behind your ear and delicately traced your features.
"Different. You are very different" it whispered as it softly pressed a kiss to you. Has it been a normal species of human it would've been a harmless (but kind of unconcensual) kiss but to fairies and their traditions - you were basically his temporary wife until you accpeted the bond by kissing him back. It felt wrong to claim you asleep, but he knows with the way the kapre and that black dog has been observing you for weeks - he had to make a move for your safety and for him to have you still. Now, all he needs to do is wait for you to wake up and shower you with his affections.
